Shipping Locations
We currently ship orders within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

Delivery Timeline
Once dispatched, delivery usually takes between 5 to 7 business days, depending on your location. Remote or less accessible areas may experience slightly longer delivery times.

Courier Partners
We work with trusted logistics partners including BlueDart, DTDC, Delhivery, XpressBees, EcomExpress, and ShadowFax to ensure timely delivery of your orders.

Shipping Charges
We do not offer free shipping at this time. Shipping costs, if any, will be calculated and displayed during checkout based on your delivery location and order size.

Order Tracking
Tracking details will be shared with you via SMS and email once your order is shipped. You can also track your order directly from our tracking page using the provided tracking number.

Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our delivery timelines, delays may occasionally occur due to factors beyond our control such as weather, courier service disruptions, or public holidays. In such cases, we appreciate your patience and understanding.

Order Verification for COD
Cash on Delivery (COD) orders require phone verification before we can ship the order. If verification is not successful, the order may be canceled automatically.

Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address and contact details are accurate and complete at the time of placing your order. We are not responsible for orders delayed, returned, or lost due to incorrect or incomplete address information.
